Data collected

The site only collects personal data when you fill in the quote request form: name, company, email, phone (optional), service required, project type, languages, message and any link to the project.

How your request is sent

When you send the quote form, your email app opens with a pre-filled email addressed to contact@sharlyproduction.com. You stay in control of sending it. The site itself does not store this information.

If a form-sending service is set up, its name will be given here.

Purpose

This data is used only to answer your request and prepare a proposal. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Recipients

Only the Sharly Dubbing Production team handling requests has access to it.

Retention period

Requests are kept for 3 years from the last exchange, the period recommended by the CNIL (French data protection authority).

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on the site itself.

Like any web server, the host may keep technical connection logs. The site is hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France).
